Hi,
I have used the Enttec Open DMX USB Interface on 4.12.1 many times without any issues. When I try to use it after upgrading to 4.12.2 the fixtures do not repond when I start/open my show. So no DMX address appears on the fixture. Reversing to 4.12.1 solves the problem.
I use MacOS 10.13.6 and I'd like to help what is going on if you point me in the right direction.
Best regards,
Gerard

I don't have the original Enttec product. I have a clone.
I have tested it with the latest test version and it works for me at 40Hz on macOS 10.14.5.
Please try again, I changed a library bundled in the dmg.

Today I have done some testing and here’s what I found out.
Enttec Open DMX USB interface on MacOS High Sierra, 10.13.6 and Q Light Controller Plus 4.12.1 works fine.
Enttec Open DMX USB interface on MacOS High Sierra, 10.13.6 and Q Light Controller Plus 4.12.2 does not work.
Enttec Open DMX USB interface on MacOS High Sierra, 10.13.6 and Q Light Controller Plus 4.12.3-TEST-20191005 works fine. So you fix does the trick.
Now the strange this is that the Enttec Open DMX USB interface on MacOS Mojave, 10.14.6 works fine on both 4.12.1 ánd 4.12.2. But I am not sure if that is of any help. For now, during live performances, I will stick on 4.12.1 because that computer runs MacOS High Sierra, 10.13.6.
Hope this helps and thank you!

That is clearly showing QLC+ is using "Open Tx" instead of "Pro Mk2" protocol. No idea why, but you can fix it on your own by forcing the protocol to use.

Hi Massimo,
Thanks for the that. I feel a bit of an idiot really and should have read the manual.
I wasn't aware of the drop-down menu. When you first click the 'configure the selected plugin' button, on MacOS at least, the window that opens only shows the name. It wasn't until I was trying to follow your instructions that I realised I could resize the window and the extra options appeared. I must admit I had wondered, when I had read in the forums, where people were adjusting the output frequency. Now I know.
Thanks again.
Cheers
Mark
