Unfortunately the Eurolite converter does not work with QLC+. The LED on the Eurolite converter always remains red. This should turn green during communication.
Simple arrangement: Windows 10 Pro - Eurolite - a light bar Involight SBL2000. The combination Freestyler X2 with this hardware makes light.
Which settings to do?
QLC (4.12.1) recognized: FT232R USB UART (S/N ...), Open TX, 44 Hz.
Open DMX USB, FTDI, 512 channels, 44 Hz, system timer: good.
Thank you very much for your support!

Protocol must be forced to "Pro RX/TX"
Yes you're right. I've done that. I found it right after the posting. Still no success so far.

Then are you sure it's a mk2 ?
Cause "Eurolite USB DMX512 Pro" has a different chipset and it is supported only on Linux (and I don't own one)

Yes, of course, "Eurolite USB-DMX512-PRO Interface MK2, No. 5186021 on it.
I have tested the configuration with Freestyler X2, which automatically finds Eurolite USB-DMX512-Pro MK2.

Is it safe that the QLC+ 4.12.1 works with the device?
Maybe someone has such an interface and runs it with this version?

Have you tried to lower the output frequency? Maybe 35-40Hz makes it work steadily
