Hi,
Just got my Raspberry Pi version up and running.
I also found files for some fixtures I use - Solena-Mini-Par-3.qxf and Blizzard-Lighting-SnowBank.qxf
So the main QLC+ program is running on a MAC under Mojave. It is here I have the problem.
In the New Workspace Fixtures screen, I click on import fixtures. It brings up a folder where I've placed the two files.
The utility is looking for *.QXFL files.
So two choices:
- rename the two file extensions to *.qxfl
- Use options to make files with any extension selectable.
Neither option adds the fixtures to the library.
I would try to add them manually to the proper folder, but I can't locate the files - in a hidden folder somewhere.
Now, it was interesting that I could in the Raspberry Pi Web client, under Configuration -> User Loaded Fixtures, they load fine. (but I can't use them in the main program)
So, what did I miss? Another way?
thanks
What am I missing? How to add fixture to Library

I think you're missing a good read of the program documentation. Your question is pretty basic and can find answer here: https://www.qlcplus.org/docs/html_en_EN ... swers.html
See #4.
On a Raspberry Pi fixtures can be loaded via web interface or by copying the files via SSH. Check the PDF guide you've been provided with.
Import/export fixtures has nothing to do with what you need. See https://www.qlcplus.org/docs/html_en_EN ... nager.html
