Help! Martin Synchrozap QX250

I am banging my head against the wall trying to figure out how to program this fixture, can anyone help me? Here is what I have so far... Here is a link to the manual https://www.martin.com/en/site_elements ... 35c6c756b0. Any help would be appreciated, this is my first attempt at this.

I think the only thing missing is to define a head on the mode editor dialog's "Heads" tab...
create a head by clicking the big plus icon and select all the offered channels.
And the fixture validator complains about missing or incomplete physical dimensions, which are used in QLC's 2D monitor view.

Thanks! I will try adding a head in the modes editor. Here's hoping it works.

The fixture settings work as is, the problems were with my drivers for the usb. I will add in the dimensional information and then post the fixture information. Thanks for the help.
