Q Light 4-send out midi program change

I am looking to use q light to run my lights and send midi scene cues to my digital mixer, an outboard signal processor, and a PC running music sequence software.

Do I create a fixture for the devices with the midi number converted to DMX? (IE 22 would be 44) I have been searching a long time to figure out how to set this up.

I have the midi interface on my PC configured as its own universe and that is about as far as I have been able to figure out.
Lots of documentation on controlling Q light with an external midi device but not much of anything to have Q light control anything other then DMX even though the process is outlined that you can control a midi device sending "Note velocity", "control change", and " program change". Also documented that MIDI 0-127 = DMX 0-255.
Help would be great or at least lead me in the right direction for the info I need.
