Long fade out ‘stuck’ at undefined colour.

Sorry for the perhaps bad explanation but I have an ‘issue’ with a long fade out and I was wondering if my config is perhaps invalid or the fixture can’t handle the request.

So in a sequence at step 1, Led 1, 3 and 5 of an Ayra Led bar are blue for 5 seconds with a 5 seconds fade out and a total time of also 5 seconds. In my mind the Led's go on and fade out during 5 seconds. At that time Led 2 and 4 are lit and also fade out for 5 seconds. But what happens is that the Led's fade out a little and then stay at a sort of yellow/orange colour.

When I look at the terminal it looks ok. Could this mean the fixture can’t handle the long fade out or could the ‘cheap’ DMX USB interface be the problem. I use QLC+ 4.12.1 on MAc OS High Sierra with an Enttec Open DMX USB Interface.

Fade out longer than duration = troubles
And why would your fixtures ne unable to follow? The are dumb cheep after all... they only can count to 512.

Ending up with an orange color let me suspect there is some red involved somewhere?

There is no red involved but fading out as long as the total duration might be the issue? I will try fading out half the total time and see what happens. Thanks!
