First of all,Thank you, Massimo for this fantastic software. I have always used physical DMX units, but I decided to start using DMX software. I started by connecting two lixiada moving heads, and a Lixada USB card to DMX Interface. Everything is working fine, then I connected a fog machine (American Dj Fog Fury Jett) but, despite after inserted the device from the device list, chosed the number of channels used and the initial channel, the machine does not respond, nothing, as if they were not receiving any signal, while the other lamps are working properly. I tried to move the cable from the dmx interface to the dmx control unit and the machine works correctly, so I fear that the problem is either the dmx card or the software. I don't know where to head. Can I ask you for help?

and your DMX interface is of what brand / make?
If it's unintelligent -> you have to alter the DMX refresh frequency - tons of threads for you to find.

All electric machines work on smoke... when the smoke escapes... they don't work anymore

The card I'm using is an economical uDMX interface, I preferred to start with a cheap card, but I'm afraid I didn't make a wise purchase.

I found a guide that talks about the parameters to be changed in the QLC + configuration, but I can't find where these parameters to be configured are located (Use Windows 10).
