Faillure with NEW Fixtures.

Hi. I have 18 fixtures working perfectly. In all cases I create the fixture with an earlier version of QLC. Install the new version and those fixtures work normally. Buy now 5 new equipment. I made the new fixtures but I can not get them to respond. I do not understand what I can be doing wrong that I did well before.

Share the fixture files and tell us the QLC+ version please.

Hi, is it possible that your new fixtures have several operating modes? I mean ... maybe the definition you're creating has 12 channels and your fixtures are in "24ch" mode .....

Thanks for your interest.
I am using the latest version. But the fixtures that work were created with an earlier version.

In addition, I have another fixture that works correctly in the latest version, which was created with an earlier version, but if I try to create it using the latest version it does not work correctly. Basically there are 4 RGB spots in a single bar, and 3 spots show the correct color and 4 shows the color wrong.

I am not an expert in DMX or QLC + but until now I was able to run another 7 fixtures.
