Not sure if I am asking this in the correct part of these forums but I have a moving head problem.
I have 2 9/11 channel gobo moving heads by Uking. I have set up a fixture profile and everything works fine, gobos all change, colours all change and x/y movement works ok.
The problem I have is that if I set up a EFX, the head does not move, it just sits there slightly wobbling but no movement.
Am I missing a setting somewhere. I had 2 different moving heads that were 7/10 channel and they moved perfectly with EFX.

I suspect your FX is running too fast for the head to follow the movements ...

Ok so how do I slow it down, I am reasonably new to QLC+

There is a small clock symbol top left of the fx function widget (and others, like chaser, for example).
Use it to setup timing.

Or he has a problem in his fixture definition where MSB and LSB channels are being swapped?

Just an update and thanks for the answers. I have checked the timings with the clock and have tried increasing it to no effect. I have checked the MSB & LSB and thet seem correct so still cant get this problem sorted, Having to use scenes and chace to get the heads to move and is not as smooth as a EFX would be.
