Extract/export chaser window as a CSV

Hi all,
Is there anyway to extract/export the chaser window info as a csv?

I have tried Bluefish to look at the XML, but cant seem to get the nested tables or lists Id hoped for.
I can find the chaser in the qxw with a text editor but of course its using the ID numbers and not the function names.

Id like to create a CSV list so I can compare it next to the shows cue list(written by other software)

any ideas?
