Need Help

Hello Community,
I'm about to create a 15 day project in early May. This includes two places where I'll set the lights up. So, I'm trying to do some basic setup of Qlc, in order to leave only the moves to these days. The basic setup includes only colors (either static or chasers), strobes, fog machines etc. I created (as you can see) a multiple page setup in virtual console, in order to be able to control each one of the groups of light in separate, except page 16, that is a global page. In this page I'm going to place collections ready made programs of all or some of the lights, the intensity faders, and some basic colors, in order to run simultaneously.
All functions will be controlled by an Elation Midicon midi controller but with some modifications I've made to suit my needs.
But, I have some issues...

1st. In page 7 which is for the Glp's I created some basic scenes of colors, and a chaser. Even though the chaser is been created exactly the same way as in Page 3 with the COB pars, in operate mode there seems to be a conflict, which I can't find out where.

2nd. Is there a way, in page 16 where the global page is, when I pick a function to stop any other similar functions of other pages? What I'm asking is: Supposing that I crate a collection of moves of Inno's, Glp's Beam 7r's and some chasers of colors. If I try to use this collection, the moves remain in the previous places. Is there a way to make p.16 some king of "release any other functions, in any other pages"?
More questions are to come, since these two are my basic problem right now.
In the attachment files, there are the main file, and the Midicon modified personality.
Any help would be grateful.

The solo frame is the only instrument at your disposal to 'release' previous selected functions.
(to tackle this you could create tad solo frames with a reset cue inside with other functions - but that would mean that a function started on p3 -to say something will reset a function on p8)
And to be honest - your environment will be way to complex to busk around with.
(You won't be able to instantanity change the look of the whole stage at once. (QLC+ doesn't possess a possibility to 'prepare in dark' yet))

I guess I'll have to deal with that.
But, I still have the issue on P7 (GLP). I created new scenes, and new Chaser, and still there's a conflict....Can't figure what am I doing wrong, since the same procedure is followed at P3 (COB Pars).
Any idea would be gratefull

Edit. I must notice that there will be 24 of GLP's, an 12 of COB Pars. That's why I placed the GLP's at second universe. And there will be some led bars, Dimmer channels and some wireless Chauvet's too, but I don't have them right now, in order to test them.
