I'm experimenting with a new LED fixture with R, G, B, W, and Master Dim.
Previously with 3 channel RGB fixtures I created a slider with RGB Click & Go to check colours and intensity.
With the new 5 channel fixtures I'm wondering what the best approach is:
a) Add R+G+B+W to a 'RGB' Click & Go level slider, with separate slider for Dim. This seems to work, and W starts to turn on when the Click & Go slider gets above 128, which is logical.
or
b) Only add R+G+B to the RGB Click & Go level slider and use separate level sliders for W and Dim. Presumably this would be more flexible.
Practical thoughts anyone?

HI Allen,
I tend to use B) the most. All housed in its own frame. This is mainly because some fixtures (mix RGB to form white) while others have a white channel If Im bathing the stage in white I prefer it pure, So In this scenario Id ignore the clickngo slider and just bring the dim(submaster) and white slider up.
Sometimes the dimer is not necessarily attached to the fixtures intensity channel but as a submaster to the frame. Depends on how the fixture is used
