Hi, waiting for the v5 version that I'm using as a tester, I do my small venue with QLC , custom built midi controller and uDmx interface.
I have a problem with this one dongle.
After wiring all ,loading the sw and setting it up ,it seems to work, and the DMX signal seems to be sent; but after many seconds it stuck and DMX doesn't pass.in the config I can see uDmx interface connected and enabled but it doesn't work.
I've tried using v5 sw(it was last chance to control light) but same problem happened: it start to work but stop after some seconds.
I use K(Ubuntu) as OS.
And yes, I've restarted pc some times but same problem happened.
Udmx problem.

There isn't any available option for this dongle. When click on option button(or double click on device from list) qlc simply ask to re_scan devices. I think there is a file need adjustment, but I don't know the structure of the software, and however is not an operation that final user should do! Home someone can help me and hope Massimo add this option in the GUI of the SW.
