Enttec Pro not recognized

Ok so I got a Enttec pro and QLC was working great tested it worked great. log off comeback the next day and now QLC no longer recognizes the Enttec pro. I uninstalled every thing took out all the reg entry (i think) striped the FTDI drivers. Reinstalled every thing QlC., dmx pro (program from enttec for the settings and frimwere update from the pro) the FTDI drivers. Still will not see it. Atm I am useing as a test comp a windows 10 pro comp. (fresh install)

Most of the Windows 10 users are getting such kind of similar errors like windows 10 hangs on boot that definitely solved by them. These booting issues should be recovered by them to access in an efficient manner.
