Ask a generic question about the usage of QLC+, not related to a particular operating system

Hi,

I am running QLC+ 4.12 for lights (DMX and dimmers) and Show Cue Systems (SCS v11) as our overall cue system that also controls sound and 7m x 3m LED screen. We are running on a new PC with Windows 10 Professional OS. LoopMidi is used to pass midi events between the two systems. A MidiControl event is triggered in SCS, sends 2 midi Ch1 change cue (values of 1 and 0) through LoopMidi and on to QLC+. Detail of the setup in the attached screenshots pdf.

I can see that the midi send messages are getting through to QLC+ as the "joystick" sprite appears in the window when the messages come through. With the virtual console widget started, the very first time you advance a cue in SCS it advances to the next cue is QLC, however all subsequent midi send messages are ignored by QLC so the virtual console moves no further along the cue list.

Do you have any suggestions as to what these setting should be? I assumed that if it advances to the next cue once then it should work for every cue sent? Appreciate any feedback you can give me.
Thanks
Chris

In your input profile you can opt to have 'Generate an extra push/release signal' see https://www.qlcplus.org/docs/html_en_EN ... files.html
Midi by itself does not reset signals so it's the receiver that has to decide what to do with it...
