Hi there! There is a way to trigger principal controls with a wheel!? In other words.. to create scene in qlc5 , I need to select interested machine, give them (dimmer,shutter, position,..)value and store it(I saw dump is a little bit different).so my question is: is possible to have 1/2 midi encoder mapped to trigger this values?(like in ma, or avo, or chamsys, or so on..)

Not quite sure i understand your question, but yes you can attach encoders to your VC ... (what you want to do with them is up to you)
All electric machines work on smoke... when the smoke escapes... they don't work anymore

Nope, encoder should trigger the value in the parameter setup , in this way I can select fixture that I want and set up parameters value.
With vc widget I have to say to the widget what fixture I want to control, but it should be dinamic

I am not sure if it is possible to assign external controls fixture properties to be able to control the parameters to a group of pre-selected fixtures ....
It would be a great advance to be able to assign different external controls (wheels for, pan / tilt gobo rotation, faders for dimmers ...),
This would suppose an extreme saving of time at the moment of creating scenes .. (to configure everything it would have his extra time),
I would put QLC + at the level of the large lighting consoles .. (Avolites, Gran MA, Hydra LT, flypig .....) in terms of agility to program lights, another thing is the capabilities or limitations of each software ... ...
I definitely think that such a feature would be truly beneficial

But the answer to it is qlc is not setup this way. First VC would have to have a way to select a fixture or group then have universal buttons that when you select that fixture it will then un grey the parameters for that fixture. Then when select that parameter category such as pan and tilt it then links the encoders like for 8 bit and 16 bit.

Qlc plus 4.x versione missing the possibilities to create a scene adjusting fixture parameters you had to select fixture enabled in memories and parameters enabled for each fixture.so complex.so in this programming method should upgrade the vc for function that we're asking for.
In the qlc+5 program a scene is easier,we finally have a programmer like in other big names.programmer means that you have a "static" layout of this part of application that affect only selected machine in the "plot"(i'm talking about pan tilt dimmer etc parameters)so the request is the ability to map this values with midi fader/encoder, in order to have more flexibility and Tobe faster in the scene creation moment.
