Here is a definition file for the Pulse Impstar 40 fixture sold by CPC Farnell. It might also be the same as Leuchtkraft Twist-40LED

Here is an updated version of the fixture definition. Main change is that I have now split it into two heads to cope with the main LED plus the colour SMD LED panels.
