Hi,
When using an Artnet adapter, we currently send to only one device with fixed ip. When restarting QLC+ or when reactivating the Input/Output (we deactivate the plugin to prevent output changes when ending the program or when blind-adjusting some functions), this specific address always needs to be reconfigured in the plugin. Could this be stored somewhere?

Which QLC+ version are you using ? You posted in the QLC+ 5 area. Is that intentional ?

The answer is no. When a plugin is deactivated, its settings are lost. Where on earth should QLC+ store parameters just because you intend to reactivate the plugin later ?
The "mind reading" feature in QLC+ is still missing...sorry :)

Since QLC+ can remember my show, it does mind-reading :D The way I see it, the setting could be stored in the qxw-file like all other settings.

I use it mainly to disable output (while fixtures stay in memory-state) for changing a show so performers don't get disturbed when doing mass-changes during their repetition.
Or I use it at the end of the show before quitting the program when the last state should be holded because QLC+ black-outs all outputs before quitting.
In short, is there an output-hold functionality that pauses the output while changing scenes?

In QLC+ 5, yes. There's a pause button on output lines.

Bruno,

I just wrote an answer somewhere else: viewtopic.php?f=18&t=12852
I use extra hardware for this exact purpose...
All electric machines work on smoke... when the smoke escapes... they don't work anymore
