Killing stuck lights in infinite fade outs

Hi all,
I have attached a simple workspace for demonstration.
Problem:
A chaser with a scene set to infinite fade out can not be killed or turned off.
(Well it says infinite fade out, what do I expect? you may well ask, but read on)

Simple chaser: red on, red & green on, green & red off.
I thought to leave the red on (set infinite) and build other scenes on top, then turn it off with the last step. But nothing overrides the infinite fade out.
The chaser stop does not kill the scene.
Switching from operate to design mode does not turn it off.
The stop All functions is greyed out because there is no running function?

Simple desk faders to zero does turn it off but as soon as you reset them they pop back up (Perhaps the problem is here, With nothing running(chaser long finished) we should be able to kill the rogue lights?
Only way to turn off this scene is to re open workspace again. Something in the open workspace process clears all channels.

Note The above chaser is not the best way to tackle this "building up of scenes".. I did it purely to prove a point that sometimes lights get left on
and I find there is no way to turn them off. This particularly happens when running live shows and scenes on the fly. Mistakes are made, misunderstandings of how QLC works or premature exiting of chasers and lights get left on.

What would be cool is a simple logic mask attached to a button. Kill anything other than the current selected scene. (could have repercussions?)
Or at least kill all on operate mode exit. (could have repercussions?)
Any other suggestions?
