First off: wrong forum. Moved to usage questions.
Then
- which QLC+ version ?
- I personally used TouchOSC many times and I don't find QLC+ "very buggy" as you said
- create a hotspot: does it seem to you a QLC+ related question to post in these forums ? This is a generic OS information you can find just by using Google
- you haven't even stated which OS you're using, so how can we help at all since creating a hotspot is OS dependent ?
Please try to provide the necessary information and try to be constructive.

Hi
While I have been waiting for this thread to be approved, I have gotten my computer completely reset, swapped out the hard drive into a new computer and I feel the issue has to be to do with drivers, I am using an Enttec open dmx usb to control a dimmer box, the problem is not with the dimmer box or the Adapter, it has to be to do with drivers, i already have the driver installed but it looks a lot different to the last one I downloaded,
The QLC version I am using is 4.12.0 and I have tried using it without any functions or fixtures set up and just with a quad par and it has still strobed even after a complete reset and transferring my hard drive to a different computer it still seems to happen

What does this have to do with TouchOSC ?
[EDIT] for some reason the original post has been deleted by mistake (by me), cause of an attempt to rename it to something completely off-topic
It was not intentional, sorry
