As long as the keypad is recognized by Linux, I think so.
Keyboards are so simple devices, so I think there's a 99% chance it will work.

I doen't have this keyboard yet. I have a regular keyboard, that works. But when i want to assign a key i always have to make a key combination. I can't assign one single key. Is there a way to assign one key?

Not really, no.
However, I think you can control a XY Pad widget with arrow keys.
