I've created a fixture definition for this.
This fixture has dependant channels. I'm using the latest GIT version of the Fixture Definition Editor. I can't see how to use the Aliases tab, which I believe is for this purpose? The drop-down list boxes for "Alias", "In mode" and "replace" are all empty.
Ignoring that, the fixture definition should be fine if Channel 1 is set to DMX mode.

Manual bugs: (Ignoring spelling & grammatical mistakes)
