Depends on what outcome you would like to have ...
Spiral snake ... heads 1 to 19 consecutive
ping pong in outer circle 8 to 19
etc
All electric machines work on smoke... when the smoke escapes... they don't work anymore

Nice fixture!
I've been messing about with a similar conundrum but with 6x 5x5 pixel heads. These are arranged in two 3x1 columns either side of my goalpost truss. I wanted the ability to address all panels, just the left hand side, lust the right hand side, etc. After a bit of playing I realised that I could create multiple RGB Matrix definitions and just include the panels I wanted and more importantly, reorder the pixel rows to create different effects. In your case you could create one RGB martix for a spiral snake as the other poster suggested and others to do other effects. You would then select whichever RGB matrix you wanted in the effect selector.
Should be fun playing with that one!

Thank you for your answers. I attached a picture how I ordered the fixtures. The outer circle is on the left and on the right. The other circle is next to it and the middle pixel is at the middle.

Is it possible the QLC only Controls RGB even if I choose RGBW?

QLC as up to now only controls RGB
(on the other hand this gives you the opportunity to control your whites independently)
