Monitor Issue After Crash

QLC+ 4.11.2 crashed while editing chaser time. Since rebooting, I see no activity out of select fixtures. For this setup I have 6 ADJ Mega Bar 50 and 6 generic pars. The pars are still showing activity in the Monitor when I play a show, but the bars do not show any activity at all. I have deleted and recreated tracks, removed and re-added the fixtures, deleted and recreated fixture groups, uninstalled and reinstalled QLC but the behavior stays the same. I feel like I'm probably missing something simple, but can't put my finger on it. Any help would be much appreciated.

You tried all software tricks but I'm lacking the hardware tricks... unplug the DMX adapter, checking weather they are recognized by your O.S. and the further ...
Rebooting after a crash can solve exclusive locked devices...
All electric machines work on smoke... when the smoke escapes... they don't work anymore

This has all happened without any devices connected. Do you think physically connecting the controller and fixtures will help straighten things out?

Are all the fixtures on one universe? Do you have patched the universe's output?
Can you attach your workspace here and any custom fixture definitions needed to open the workspace?

All fixtures are in the same Universe. I've attached the workspace for your consideration. Please understand I am quite new at all of this. Learning as I go. Thank you, all, for your help.

I tried several things but can't get it to crash using the latest TEST build... 4.12.0. GIT
All electric machines work on smoke... when the smoke escapes... they don't work anymore

At this point, it's not crashing. It's that when I run the Monitor I see no activity out of some of my fixtures. It's the same whether I'm running a show or doing something like viewing a chaser. The pars I have show activity with no issue. The bars, however, are visible in the Monitor window but do not do anything.

Ok so now no crash ... hmm

I tried all your Matrixes in preview with the monitor open and guess what ... no problem
Switched to operate and pushed the button on the VC ... monitor reveals what you have programmed...
