How can i connect 2 pcs

Hey guis i´v a little prolem.
i dont know if this theme alredy was asked. Im very sorry if someone hav asked!
i want to connect 2 pcs with a Ethernet Lan cable the first Pc is running with win 10 an h other is a older he runs with win xp.
On the first i want to start a visualization programm and i want to controll this with the secont where i hav the new 4.11.2 qlc+ like the first,
The pc where i running capture nexum i´ve started Qlc+ and aktivited Passthougt. on the second i set the output on the artnet 127.0.0.1 and on the first i took the input on the same artnet chanal or input. then i looked for the artnet output wich ip i have to take to controll the visualization programm and chose the output wich was the right.
now i want to chose a button on the virtual console and nothing happend ;-(
A note was recognized on the winXP and Packages was sendet and get in...
but in capture Nexum wasnt going on something...
if you have some idea i can do other and it will work i will be very happy.

This is not quite a missing feature, but more an ArtNet setup.
