Is it possible to use a 4 Channel USB 0-10V Adapter which presents itself as Serial Device (/dev/tty) to the System with QLC+?
An other question is, if it is possible to transfer variable values to an external application via the script engine?

On the Raspberry Pi version, yes. On the desktop version the UART plugin is not built by default. You can build it yourself though.
Care to share a link of this "4 channel USB" product ?

You can pass arguments to an external program via systemcommand. See the documentation
