I love using QLC+ and have been using it for years now. I had created a 57 step list for a performance and the thought came across of being able to print out the list so I can either follow along or make notes or share it with the tech operator. Do you think that might be possible later on?

A report engine is not included inside QLC+ ... and to my knowledge there aren't plans to include one...
As a work-around - did you ever had a look at the project file itself? It's plain XML ... you can open it with your preferable text-editor... so filtering & tweaking info CAN produce the report you'd like...
Be careful to backup the project file before touching it ... a broken project file is a broken project

All electric machines work on smoke... when the smoke escapes... they don't work anymore

Instead, it's possible and it will be done in QLC+ 5: https://github.com/mcallegari/qlcplus/issues/1085
QLC+ 5 already includes a few printing options for fixture summary and fixtures in universe list

Perfect! That is fantastic! Thank you Massimo! I got to see the demo of the 3D rendering! I'm so glad that I got to contribute to your efforts. This software is what I teach lighting to people (College Students) because they are able to download the software and experiment at home. I use it for my lighting gigs too. Wonderful piece of software. Thank you!
