Dimmer not control by ALL LIGHTS OFF

Hi,
I have a spot fixture and the sliders controlling the dimmers working fine. I created a button for ALL LIGHTS OFF (using Stop All Function). When I click on All lights Off it will turn off all lights like wash cans and other moving lights, But this one spot fixture will stay ON. any suggestions on where to look for the problem? (in the definition?)

Enclosed the definition for this fixture.

(if it gives any clues, I have 2 of these fixtures but I had to create 2 different definitions files instead of 1 file that can be used multiple times, to make it work).

I just found out that sub master controlling this fixture, will be controlled by the All Lights OFF.
