This profile was originally created by Freasy; I've done a few tweaks on this profile, I'll detail these below.
11 Channel Mode - Pan/Tilt Fine were originally set to coarse mode. If using EFX in QLC+, this results in minimal movement of the light head as QLC+ defaults to the incorrect slider pair for the movement.
Pan/Tilt Speed - If running the pan/tilt speed at full throttle, I've found the fixture tends to jump the cogs, meaning they're out of position and are then prone to crashing against the stops. To prevent this, I've altered the DMX level range changing it from 0-255 to 35-255. You can still achieve rapid head movement, but with lesser risk of he heads "cogging". I've not had the heads crash since making this change.
Gobo/Colour Select - I've separated the ranges for colour select, gobo select and gobo select + shake.
