Hello. I cant make the right Fixture for my Big Dipper LS10 moving heads. Somebody can help me?
I got problems with a Enttec USB interface. In freestyler it works, but in QLC is not working.

2 problems (not related) in the same post will not help ...

I got problems with a Enttec USB interface. In freestyler it works, but in QLC is not working.

* Is your device recognised by your OS? (You did not mention Win / Apple / tomatoes / ...) -> Yes because Freestyler blabla
* Are you trying to use the Enttec while freestyler is running? A device can only be used once exclusive -> close freestyler
* Does QLC+ 'see' the enttec? Verify in [version you are using could be handy] -> actions to be taken depending on OS & Version
* Reboot (this always works in case of dubious user info)

All fun aside: If freestyler is running with the Enttec, why QLC+ isn't?

Hello. Here the definition of fixture with the data you provide, is incomplete, only 11 ch mode, but it must work
I never had problems with enttec flasks
if you use freestiler I deduce that you use windos ...
delete fresstiler, it may be starting from the beginning of windos and appropriating the enttec ....
