weird rendering issue Win7 32Bit

Hello i Experience some weird font rendering issue on Win7 (32Bit).

I attached a screenshot. The peachish dots on the fonts are actually somehow animated
And the speed of that animation is clearly related to the bpm.

Which video card are you using ?
It looks to me like a sort of alpha blending between the white color and the wallpaper of your desktop
