Waveforms not displaying in show mode

Hello everyone.

I am new to QLC+ and I am VERY impressed with what I have seen so far.

My only problem is that I can't seem to get the waveforms to display in the show manager. I right click on the track and choose "Preview Stereo Channels" but nothing displays.

I have tried searching in the forum but couldn't find anyone else with this particular issue. Can anyone advise on how I can get the waveform to display?

I am using QLC+ 4.11.1 on Ubuntu.

IIRC this works only for wav files. What format are your sound files?

First, thank you for replying to my post. I really appreciate your help.

I have tried it with both mp3 and wav files. It doesnt seem to work with either but the rest of the software works perfectly.

Do the files actually play correctly ?

Waveform works for all the file types (including MP3) as long as QLC+ is capable to decode them (so libmad and libsndfile must be installed)
