Hello,

Here is my gear:
Chauvet FXpar3
I am using a DMXking Ultra DMX micro dongle
Windows 10

I am having trouble getting the "RGB SMD LEDs" to change immediately as it flows through the chase. They seem to run through the various channels rapidly before it finds the one that is set to aparticular scene. For example, if the second scene in a chase has the SMDs set to blue, it will have to rapidly run through the red and green before it gets to blue.

Does anyone know if there is a way I can fix this, or is this just how this particular fixture is going to act?

Thanks for the help!

If you send 'BLUE'-> it has to go to blue : instantly!!
if you send 'dim from orange to dim-white to light blue' : it will give you some odd results (involving green) - but Hey! that's what you want....

I'm guessing your fixture definition is wrong...

upload your project file (and possibly your fixture definitions)
