Is the Titan One Dongle detected by QLC+?. Is detected by the OS?. You can see it in the Input/Ouput tab?. What operating system do you use?.

Is the Titan One Dongle detected by Windows 7 OS?. What drivers use Titan One?. Maybe this dongle needs proprietary drivers and you will have to install the programs and drivers provided by the manufacturer to make the dongle work.
You can review the adapters and protocols supported by QLC+ by following this link. http://qlcplus.org/features.html#
