Sync collection with scenes

How do I sync a collection button with separate scene buttons?
When I enable the collection button, I can disable the included buttons/scenes and when all the included buttons are disabled, the collection button disables too.
But when I enable all the included scenes of the collection, the collection button won't enable.
The make my question more clear, a demonstration:

I guess this is simply not implemented and so cannot be achieved at the moment.
