Scenes only in one show

I'm currently experimenting with 4.11.0 GIT as I really like the theatre override feature, however I think I have found a problem with show manager. If I add a scene to a show, I then can not add that same scene to a separate show as it disappears from the import list. This can't be right can it?

This is partly intentional: viewtopic.php?f=17&t=11062&p=47687 and partly bug.

I'll comment further in the related topic.
