Hi All,
Excited and frustrated Noob.
Ubuntu studio running newly installed QLC+4.10.5b
Just purchased an EnTTEC DMX USB Pro Mk2
Plugged into USB port (white flashing idle light)
QLC+ (input/Outputs) reports nothing that I recognize as the Enttec dongle

Any ideas?

Whats the chance?
USB cable supplied is dodgy.
After wiggling I managed to get it to connect
