in this video https://youtu.be/dnvSIRJFpX0 i created a simple animation (with the red lamps). Is there an easy way to create these movements? Currently i build an fx for every pair of lamps then created a chaser for every movement to start them in sequence and then i created a collection holding all 3 chasers.

Use one EFX on the heads and play with phase and order the heads are added to the EFX.
You are looking at 'line' http://www.qlcplus.org/docs/efxeditor.html to achieve this effect.
If you want it to be a 'one-shot' FX you will have to set it as 'single shot'.
Have a try

Seeing the video, I'd say you just need 3 or 6 static Scenes.
In any case, have a look at my video tutorial #7. It explains several ways to work with movements.
