Help with funny Fixture that has Flash on 128-255

Hello

I have 5 RGB Generic Light that has 4 channels each
1 Dimmer
0 - 0ff
0 127 - Brightness
128 - 255 Flash from slow to fast


This causing issue as other Fixtures just work but here i have to make sure it does not get over 127 , and when the QLC start i have to set the Dimmer to 127 as RGB it self wont show anything..

Q:

Can I somehow limit the value for dimmer ? and Can I have defautl values set when QLC starts?

In the definition file you can change the max. value.
Default 'on-startup'-scene ... not to my knowledge
All electric machines work on smoke... when the smoke escapes... they don't work anymore

I have it like this but this does nothing, its only used as "pre defined" ranges not really limiting anything.
