Dual-Sided Fixture and Function Movement

I have a few moving heads with lamps on both sides of the Y yoke...

One side is a focused beam while the other is a wash. The X axis moves 540 degrees while the Y axis can rotate infinitely. They are mounted hanging with the wash side facing forward so when I program an EFX movement the wash effect is focused down while the beam fires up into the ceiling. Is there a way for me to set the Y yoke to basically flip the effect over to the beam so that it can focus down instead of the wash side? I can manually do this by adjusting the Y slider on the simple desk, but I would like to have the option to use either side when setting up a movement under EFX. Any help would be appreciated!

I've also attached my fixture definition file. It only has the 21 channel mode defined since that is what I am using on these fixtures. It may be of some help to you.

Can you please explain what channel 5 does in 21 channel mode ?
It says "0-255: Y axis infinite rotation".
It sounds like an oxymoron to me that a range of values can control an infinite number of positions.
Maybe it controls the rotation speed ? But then I wouldn't be able to explain channel 6.

Since the Y yoke is capable of rotating all the way around channel 5 turns on forward and reverse rotation. My fixture definition is actually incorrect. 0-9 is no rotation at all while 10-127 turn on forward rotation. 128-255 turn on rotation in the opposite direction. Those settings are simply ON/OFF regardless of channel amount. The speed of rotation is determined by channel 6. The rotation slows down the higher channel six is set.
