Scaling values from midi

I've got a problem I don't know how to solve:

I use Mixxx and its midi-for-light output to control some lights via QLC plus. So far this works very nicely. However,

- I'd like to use the BPM value to control the speed of some fixtures, low BPM->slow movement and high BPM->fats movement.
- The BPM value coming along is in the 60 to 140 range (very slow to very fast)
- My fixtures need a different range, for example 5 - 60 to select the speed.
- I can limit the DMX output range of the slider I control via midi, but this presumes that my MIDI input goes from 0 to 127

How can I scale an MIDI input value going fro 60 to 140 to an DMX output value going from 5 to 60 ?
