Visual Metronome on Speed Dial

Ask a generic question about the usage of QLC+, not related to a particular operating system

Is there any visual sign (like a visual Metronome) when a Speed Dial is firing an interrupt?
Or any workaround to display this?

Hi, too ;)

This interrupt depends on when the chaser hast been started - but in general you can show the speed of the speed dial similar to when you use the tap button.
Please have a look at the attached workspace. Start the chaser with the CHASER button, the DUMMY 1 button will indicate the speed of the speed dial widget.
The chaser attached to the CHASER button is linked to the speed dial widget and has two scenes in it, which are doing nothing. But as soon as one scene is activated the corresponding DUMMY button is flashing.
You could customize this to fit your needs with some timing in the chaser/scenes.

Hi Siegmund

Thank you very much for this solution! Perfect, exactly what I was looking for!

In addition i've added a post in Features Request, I think it would be great if the timer would have an optional selectable "led" which indicates the speed. 8-)

Best regards
