Hello!
I'm really intrigued by the possibility of using QLC + on a Raspberry
... But I need a little advice / encouragement:
— It is okay to buy a Raspberry Pi 3 Model B?
— Can I "happily" use it with a Enttec DMX USB Pro in a simple production environment?
*Thank You - and all the contributors - for this great app!*
Raspberry Pi 3... Should I try?

everyone say not to use a raspberry for evenings for its instability ...
I actually used it for 4 days later never turn it off ...
everything went perfectly !! the day I turned on the lights did the event (19 evening - 2 am) and then let him on the day after the usual thing!
okay what about!

I ran RPI3 with qlc since quite a while, sometimes for >10 hours (with workload, idle time sometimes several days) and didn't find any sign of instabillity.
Just make sure cooling is ok (the little coolers are really helpfull), active cooling is normally not required.
And make sure that your power supply for the Pi is good enought.
There are some very cheap power supplies outside which are speciefied with 5V/2A and can fullfill both requirements but not at the same time.
Meaning if your Pi needs a lot of power due to high workload the Voltage drops a little and sometimes the Pi goes out.
But with a sufficent power supply it should be fine.
