Collections - Add logical order arrows

Request a feature that you would like to see in QLC+.
Explain in details why you would need it and which is your usage case.

Hello,

Up and down arrows to change the logical order for collections just as they exist for chasers would be great to have.
This would greatly simplify the creation of collections, especially if many functions are added into it.
