hi there I have a USB to DMX style devide that uses the FTDI FT232R UART usb to 485 board
this device works fine on windows with QLC+ and is recognised and status is saying device working
and it will send DMX commands and controls the connected DMX device etc
but as soon as I plug it into the mac and open QLC+ and check it, it says devise is operating correctly
and has Good system timer accuracy etc but will not send any DMX commands??
the only thing that I can see that is different is that in the Windows version the Driver that is in use is
the FTD2xx driver where as in the Mac version its is the libFTDI driver???
does this help at all?
FTDI FT232R UART adapter not working on Mac 10.11.6

Did you check http://qlcplus.org/docs/questionsandans ... -mavericks (question #4)?
If that doesn't help, try to search the forum for "Yosemite".
I don't own an osx device, so I can't help you more.
