Hello again,
it is possible to use the nanoKontrol2 and OSC Touch sumultaneamente in the same universe?
I would like to use the iPad for pallets.

Not in the same universe, but in the same workspace yes.
You can (and should) have a separate universe for each input AND for each output.
Something like:
Universe 1 - output
Universe 2 - nanokontrol input
Universe 3 - OSC Touch input
You will have to duplicate your widgets in the virtual console though, because multiple input per widget is not possible.
