I've moved your question to more appropriate forum.

You may want to check this topic: http://qlcplus.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=29&t=9912

If that doesn't help, please specify in more detail what do you want to do exactly.

I don't know resolume, so I won't help you with details. Check the resolume manual if it can output:
- artnet
- MIDI
- OSC
- e1.31
- websockets*

These are all means that you can use to control QLC+ from other applications. It can also output all of these
except websockets (marked with *) so you can use them to control other applications from QLC+

Note that you need to somehow loopback the connection from one app to another without the data actually leaving the computer.
The easiest here are network-based protocols (artnet, e1.31 and OSC).
For midi you need to configure CoreAudio to loop the data between two virtual MIDI ports. Just google it (or search the forum here).

If you get stuck, don't hesitate to ask, tell us in detail what do you want to achieve, what have you found so far and what is the problem.
When you finally get it to work, please share your experiences!

Good luck!
