Eurolite LED ML-56 QCL RGBW/RGBA 18x8W

This is take #1 on a fixture definition for this LED PAR, which contains both RGBW (12 pieces) and RGBA (6 pieces) LEDs.

Unfortunately, I don't have the fixture yet (I'm preparing for a theatre production with rental lighting equipment), which means that:
- this fixture definition has not yet been tested,
- the click-and-go colors (rgb values) are probably a bit 'off', because it is hard to tell in advance what e.g. 'Lilac Tint' or 'Blue Mist' will exactly look like...
