Hi, can someone point me in the right direction ?
Need to programm a homemade strobe, say, set the dimmer to 100% for 20ms, then
back to zero for a adjustable time.
Don´t know how to made this, because the timer widged in the vc works on
all hold-times not only a specific....

BTW, I don´t understand why the dimmer fades in but does not fade out ... HTP is on...
hold timer > fade in + fade out

Well, found the answer by myself:
- build a sequence with the the hold time of the blackout set to infinite.
- build a chaser and place this sequnce.
now the hold time of the chaser is used :-)

another issue: setting the sequence fade-in time to less than 21ms, the sequence will not run at all :-(

It would be easier to understand your issues if you attached a workspace.

I don't understand why you put a fade in and fade out on a strobe.

Attached is an example of how I would go to implement a strobe with adjustable blackout time.
