Hi, please define what you mean with "control".
If you spend some time reading the user guide PDF, you will learn how to control QLC+ via web interface.
At the moment that is the only way to remotely perform some actions on the Raspberry Pi.
Otherwise, plug a TV, a mouse and a keyboard and use it like the desktop version, taking into account all the performance considerations first.

Please try to put more effort to explain what you need to do, cause I still don't understand.
If you want to use the Raspberry Pi as a something-to-DMX converter, then you can send ArtNet from your Windows PC, and then set the Raspberry universes in passthrough mode to do ArtNet->DMXUSB (or whatever you haven't explained)

if i'm understanding this correctly, he basically wants to use the RPi as an ArtNet node that he can control from his PC.
